Step 1
From the very start of the project VEKA determines the window performance in accordance to local regulations, choosing the 2 most economically solutions to satisfy the developers’ desired quality and present this to the technical team of the developer. Finally, we provide a material cost analysis to the developer which helps him to match the quality of the windows he desires with his budget constraints.
Step 2
VEKA’s uPVC profiles are not just sold to window fabricators – VEKA follows a System Window Approach, including extensive training of our partners in window fabrication. Detailed fabrication handbooks for each System Window specify each step of the fabrication. VEKA also specifies minimum quality requirements for all other items needed to fabricate a VEKA System Window, like steel reinforcements, gaskets and more.
Step 3
VEKA assists the developer to summarize the technical bidding documents for the windows he wants to tender off. Together, the developer and VEKA assess the technical capability of the winning fabricator to fabricate a VEKA System Window. If needed, VEKA trains or re-trains the winning fabricator in the fabrication of the chosen VEKA System Windows.
