This standard is managed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) and edited by the China Academy of Building Research and reviewed by the Expert Committee of the Organization. The “Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings in Severe Cold and Cold Zones” is now approved as the industry standard, numbered JGJ26-2018, which will be implemented from August 1, 2019, which means the energy conservation standard has been further improved in these areas.
