This Hebei Province Engineering Construction Standard “Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings(75%)” is managed by Hebei Provincial Construction Standardization Compilation Research Center，and edited by NORENDAR international Ltd., and NGreen Architectural Design Co. Ltd.，which has been approved by the Hebei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to organize relevant departments and experts, and is now promulgated as the Hebei Provincial Construction Standards. The standard numbered DB13(J) 185-2020 was implemented from Jan 1st 2021. The energy efficiency of residential buildings in Hebei Province has increased to 75%. According to the requirements of different climate zone, window-to-wall area ratios and floor heights, the K value for external windows is limited from 1.4 to 2.2 W/m2･K.

由河北省建设工程标准编制研究中心负责管理，由北方工程设计研究院有限公司和河北北方绿野建筑设计有限公司主编的河北省工程建设标准《居住建筑节能设计标准（节能75%）》，已经河北省住房和城乡建设厅组织有关部门和专家审定通过，现颁布为河北省工程建设地方标准，标准号为DB13(J) 185-2020，自2021年1月1日起实施。该标准将河北省居住建筑节能率提升到75%，根据所属的不同地区、窗墙面积比和层高要求，外窗传热系数限值在1.4-2.2 W/m2･K之间。
